We typically respond in 48 hours; a voicemail is required for a callback due to high amount of spam calls.
Effective 5/21/26: All shipping quotes for open invoices are valid for 30 days after quote. After 30 days, shipping will need to be requoted. Paid invoices are not affected and pricing for shipping will not increase.
Delivery to meets we are attending are preferred. Delivery charges (<$50) may be required.
Product Availability
Pre-Order: New products with pricing released and a target date for products ready to ship. Payment can be made to hold a kit.
In Stock: Kits are in stock and ready to ship. Freight cars typically ship within 48 hours after payment; engines typically ship within 7 days after payment. Orders for completed products will have increased leadtime.
Reservation List: These are kits that are out of stock but will be run again. Once reservations reach 8 orders, leadtime and cost will be confirmed and orders can be placed.
Out of Production: These are products that will not be run again in large quantities. Small batch orders can be run, please reach out for pricing.
