Our wireless control system is a true Plug-&-Play system which includes all the electrical components, motor controller, brackets, and completed wiring harness to mate with the existing center drive motor to provide a safe and robust operating system.
This wireless system, developed in the late 2010’s with additional improvement over the past 5 years, currently has over 20 units operating in the field. We as Pacific Design Shops chose this system as our primary wireless control system due to the ease of use, high safety record, and multiple accessory control options for detailed locomotives. Of most impact to the safety of operating wirelessly, the hand held controller comes standard with a tether that will slow and stop the train should the user drop the controller from their hand during use.
